PRIVATE DINING at your table - how it works

I create a bespoke menu for every event, this means that each dinner is a unique experience for you and your guests.

Serving from 4 - 16 guests (the numbers depend also on the space you have available to host your guests in your home or office)  For larger numbers please feel free to still get in touch.

A few weeks beforehand we discuss any dietary requirements and any specific requests you may have for the evening and then I create a menu for you.  I try to source local ingredients wherever possible and indeed grow a lot myself so you can rest easy knowing the products I use are sustainably and ethically produced.  Sourcing quality ingredients certainly assists in creating great tasting dishes.  

 

 

Before the event

On the night

I arrive approximately an hour before your guests and get myself set up and acquainted with your kitchen.

Your guests will then be greeted with champagne and canapes of your choosing before being invited to the table for the culinary journey to really begin.  

 

Typically I serve between 5 and 7 courses and am more than happy to help you with wine pairing and recommendations. 

as the culinary experience ends

After serving your dessert and cheese course I leave you and your guests to enjoy the remainder of the evening together.  Everything is cleared and taken away leaving you with a beautiful clean kitchen.

 

Private cheffing takes away all of the hassle of dining at home from the menu planning to the shopping, the food preparation, the serving to your guests and the cleaning up afterwards... with the added twist of enjoying exceptionally curated dishes cooked by an experienced chef in the comfort of your own home.
